Victoria was unbelievably helpful to me during my dealings with her and I would highly recommend her. When I lost the diamond from my solitaire engagement ring I initially communicated with Victoria through email and over the phone. Then we met face to face at a location that was suitable to me. Victoria really listened to me as I wanted to change the setting of my solitaire ring along with replacing the diamond and I was a little apprehensive about doing same. She came up with a few ideas all which suited my sense of style and the hard part was choosing from the selection.
