Victoria was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact we made with her on the phone. She was very flexible in terms of meeting us to discuss our thoughts on the engagement ring and when we first met her we just had a good feeling about her! She really understood the brief we had but would just as easily have provided us with inspiration with designs she had. Correspondence was efficient and reliable and any changes we requested were dealt with straight away. She clearly loves jewellery and the process of design. She also took a personal interest getting to know us which we were impressed by. When we met her to see the finished ring we were truly overwhelmed. It surpassed any expectation we had of how beautiful a diamond ring could be! All friends and family’s reaction concur and I have already given her contact details to friends keen to add to their collections.
