She listened to what I wanted and provided me with a number of options and explained each one in detail and provided advice on colour, clarity, etc. The earrings that Victoria sourced for me were exactly what I wanted and came with fully certified GIA certificates. The customer service and personal attention I received were second to none. The earrings are fabulous and were valued at significantly more than what I paid for them.
