Victoria was utterly fantastic! For a first time buyer and with all things going perfectly one time buyer. She guided me through the options of different ring designs and stone choices. It was a relaxed process that even with us being across seas it was easy to communicate, discuss different ideas, styles, concepts, all fitting within my nifty little budget. She was patient which when making a choice on a piece of jewellery that will be donned forever, is something money ain’t going to buy. It meant I was able to work with Victoria to select something that I was delighted with and not stuck with. On top of that she even flew it to Italy in person, which I know isn’t the day to day service, but its the little things that count :-). Thanks so much for everything you did for me, it was so good to have someone that I could trust!
